Damages/Exchanges Policy

*All sales are final on jewelry, car freshies, bralettes & SWIMWEAR* 

 *If you have placed an order for pick up & have not picked up within 14 DAYS from purchase, the order is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges* 

Once an order has been placed, it can't be cancelled. 

If any items arrive damaged or broken please take pictures of how your package arrived, the item as you received it and email pictures to thesaltybronc@gmail.com. I will replace them as long as it’s within 14 days from the day you received it. 

*All clothing/footwear/belts items can be mailed back (buyers responsibility) for exchanges only or store credit* If you are shipping back shoes, the label cannot be stuck to the box directly.  

If you receive an item that doesn’t fit or you just don’t like you have 14 business days to send the item(s) back. The 14 days start on the day your item is delivered to you.

Please be sure to read all descriptions on items as I have done my research/worded every description with fine details on sizes, inseam, style, fabric content & more! Just for this exact reason.
