Rainey is the Daughter of Ricky & Cindy LaPrade of Grand Saline & I have gotten to know her over a few baseball seasons. Let me just tell y’all, she lights up any room she walks into! 🥹 She is smart, she is funny & she is the biggest helper!

Rainey was born with a Port Wine Stain birthmark & was later diagnosed with Sturge Webber Syndrome, she under went her FIRST MRI at just 9 days old, which came back normal. But then later having her first seizure at 4 months old, lasting 25 minutes long, poor RAINEY suffered a stroke at this time. Fast Forward to now, Rainey has attended therapy for speech & mobility & has made SO much improvement! To continue her improvement she is having a brain surgery March 7th in Detroit with a team of specialists. Rainey & her parents will stay a month in Detroit, so after surgery she can have the best recovery!
